Dan Ying (real name Liu Baozhen) 1943-

Contemporary poet. She was born in Malaysia and graduated from National Taiwan University. She received her MA at Wisconsin and taught at the University of California, Santa Barbara before moving to Singapore in 1974. Her published collections include Taijiquan pu [Manual of Tai Chi] and Danren dao [Road for one person].
