Guan Lishan (Kwan Li Shan, Patsy)

Guan was born in Hong Kong. She is a full-time writer and literary editor, and works with local schools to promote creative writing. In 1996, she founded the Popo Workshop 普普工作坊 which publishes works by Hong Kong writers. Her books include the short story collection Yu tianshi tongmian 與天使同眠 [Sleeping with an angel] (1996) and the essay collection Youxi shi dushu 遊戲時讀書 [Playtime reading] (1997). Her latest work is Haowan tongshi cidian 好玩通識詞典 [The fun dictionary of general knowledge] (2005).
