Hong Hong [real name Yeh Hung-Ya] 1964-

A prolific poet and an award-winning screenplay writer and director, was born in Tainan. He is a graduate of the Department of Theatre, National Institute of the Arts. From 1993 to 1995, he was the chief editor of Modern Poetry Quarterly. He co-founded the drama group Secret Hunters in 1994 and has served as its curator and play director since. His publications include collections of prose, critical writings on film and drama and three books of poetry.
