Shi Jianwu (Shih Chien-wu)

Tang-dynast poet and scholar. Little is known about this reclusive figure. After obtaining the jinshi degree in 815, he retired to Xishan in Hongzhou (modern-day Jiangxi) where he devoted himself to Daoism. His work is included in the Complete Poetry of the Tang and Complete Prose of the Tang.
