Xiao Sa (Hsiao Sa) [real name Xiao Qingyu] 1953-

Contemporary Taiwan writer. She has been a primary school teacher since 1973. A winner of many literary prizes in Taiwan, she started writing stories at the age of sixteen and has published many novels and collections of short stories. Her works include Chang di [Long embankment], Erdu miyue [Second honeymoon] and Aiqing jijie [Season of love].
