Ying Pei'an 1947-

Born in Singapore. He has served as the editor of various literary magazines and now works full-time as a writer of short stories, essays and book reviews. His published works include Shoushutai shang [On the Operating Table] (1988) and Wugen de xian [Rootless String] (1988).
