Zhang Cuo [real name Zhen'ao or Dominic Cheung] 1943-

Born in Macau. He received his B.A. from National Chengchi University, his M.A. from Brigham Young University and his Ph.D. from the University of Washington, Seattle. Zhang has published over thirteen books of poems, including the recent Liulang ditu [Wandering maps] (2001). He is currently Professor of Chinese and Comparative Literature at the University of Southern California.
