畢業五十年或以上及二十五年校友院慶聚餐

適逢聯合書院慶祝五十二周年院慶，書院已於2008年10月25日校友日晚上假張祝珊師生康樂大樓頂樓文怡閣舉行校友聚餐，特別邀請畢業五十年或以上（包括聯合書院成立前五間成員書院畢業校友)，及畢業二十五周年的聯合校友參加。當晚超過一百位1958年或以前畢業及1983年畢業的校友參加這次溫馨的聚會，與同屆的聯合同學於母校敘舊一番。

Reunion Dinner for Alumni Graduated for 50 Years or above and 25 Years

To celebrate the 52nd Anniversary of United College, the College organised a Reunion Dinner for Alumni who graduated for 50 years or above and 25 years on 25 October 2008 at United College Staff Common Room, Top Floor, Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building. More than one hundred alumni graduated on or before 1958 and on 1983 joined the dinner and spent a warm reunion evening at United College.

2008年度聯合書院校友日

聯合書院校友日已於2008年10月25日（星期六）於聯合書院校園舉行。是次書院舉行一年一度的校友日，目的除了讓聯合校友一同慶祝書院五十二周年院慶外，書院亦希望誠邀歷屆聯合校友及家人回到母校共聚，互聚情誼，了解母校最新發展情況，加強校友與母校的聯繫。

當日超過一百位校友及家人一同參與校友日。書院院長馮國培教授及校友會會長殷巧兒女士於歡迎會上致辭，校友並續於學生飯堂享用下午茶及參加書院生日會。隨後，特別嘉賓聯合校友葉少康先生(91/統計)與聯合校友分享擔任香港區火炬手及參加馬術殘障奧林匹克運動會馬術盛裝舞步比賽的經驗，校友更與葉少康校友及他的北京2008年奧運會火炬合照。接著，校友分組於張煊昌體育館使用最新的運動設施、使用走讀生舍堂設施、參觀校友徑或參與書院通識教育目標及成效的分享環節，共度一個歡愉的下午。

United College Alumni Day 2008

The UC Alumni Day 2008 was held on 25 October 2008. All alumni were invited to this annual reunion gathering to celebrate the College's 52nd Anniversary with staff and students. They were given an update on the latest developments of the College. The annual event was enthusiastically supported by alumni and greatly strengthened their connection with the College.  

Over 100 alumni and their family members participated in the gathering. Professor Fung Kwok-pui, Head of United College and Ms Lina Yan, President of United College Alumni Association, addressed the assembly in the Welcoming Party. Next, the alumni enjoyed a college anniversary party and tea buffet at the Student Canteen. Mr Nelson Yip (91/STA), the only Asian competitor in the Paralympic Equestrian Events 2008, was invited to share his experiences with UC Alumni. They took photos with Mr Yip and his torch used in the Hong Kong Olympic Torch Relay in May 2008. After that, alumni participated in different group activities, including sports activities at the Thomas Cheung Gymnasium, games in Non-residential Hall, campus tour, and a sharing session on the objectives and outcome-based approach of the College's General Education Programme. A full day of fun and laughter concluded at around 6:00 pm.

聯合書院校友講座

為增進同學與校友間的聯繫，由2005年起，書院與書院校友會合辦一系列的「聯合書院校友講座」，邀請在社會上各行各業有卓越成就的校友，與在校的師弟師妹們分享他們在事業上、人生旅途上的各種經歷與體會。校友講座將以高桌晚宴形式舉行，讓聯合同學在輕鬆的環境下與主講校友嘉賓交流認識。

校友講座的第六講已於2008年11月11日（星期二）晚上7時假聯合書院張祝珊師生康樂大樓文怡閣舉行，書院邀請得1986年英文系校友，國泰航空企業傳訊總經理程鼎一校友擔任主講嘉賓，以「振翅高飛──你準備好了嗎？」為講題，與八十位聯合同學們真情對話交流。

United College Alumni Talk 

From 2005, the College and the Alumni Association have jointly organised a series of alumni talks for students. Distinguished alumni from all walks of life are invited to share with fellow students on their career and life experiences. The Alumni Talk is organised in the format of high table dinner, providing students and alumni with a relaxing atmosphere for learning and communication. 　

The sixth Alumni Talk was held on 11 November 2008 (Tuesday) 7:00pm at the Staff Common Room, Top Floor, Cheung Chuk Shan Amenities Building, United College. The College has invited Mr Dane Cheng, General Manager Corporate Communication of Cathay Pacific Airways Limited, to deliver a talk on "Are You Ready To Take Off?" for 80 students. Mr Cheng is a 1986 United college alumnus who majored in English.

聯合書院校友會2008年度周年會員大會

聯合書院校友會已於2008年10月21日（星期二）假香港灣仔皇后大道東43-59號東美中心22樓太平洋保險有限公司會議室順利舉行。是次會員大會選出第十九屆(2008-2010)理事會成員，並推舉張煊昌博士為永遠榮譽會長。第十九屆理事會名單如下：

The United College Alumni Association Annual General Meeting was held on Monday, 21 October 2008, in the Conference Room of Pacific Insurance Company. 22/F Dominion Centre, Wanchai.  Members of the 19th Alumni Association Annual General Meeting were elected and Dr Thomas Cheung was appointed Permanent Emeritus President at the meeting.The list of members of the 19th Alumni Association Annual General Meeting is as follows:
