- How do I submit an abstract? 我該如何提交論文摘要？
You may submit your 250-word abstract (in English) through the submission form, by 30 September 2014 here.
論文摘要可經這裡提交。論文摘要需爲250字或以內，以英文撰寫。
- Is there a limit on the number of papers I can present at the forum? 我可發表多少篇論文？
Each participant can present only ONE paper at the forum.
每位參加者可於論壇發表一篇論文。
- How long will it take me to find out whether my proposal has been accepted? 我甚麼時候會得知申請結果？
Result of proposal will be released in October and November through email.
申請結果將於十月至十一月經電郵通知。
- Can I submit a panel proposal? 我可以提交小組申請嗎？
NO, panel proposals will NOT be considered. Only individual papers are accepted.
是次論壇只接受個別論文申請，小組申請均不獲考慮。
- Is there a registration fee for the forum if my proposal is accepted? 確認申請獲接納後，我需要繳交註冊費嗎？
Upon acceptance of proposal, participants will be required to pay a registration fee of HKD300.
確認申請獲接納後，參加者需繳交註冊費港幣300元正。
- In what language should the paper be written? What is the language of the presentation? 論文需以甚麼語言撰寫？ 論壇的匯報以甚麼語言進行？
The paper can be written in English OR Chinese. All presentation will be conducted in English.
論文可以中文或英文書寫，匯報則一律以英文進行。
- Are there any scholarships available? 論壇主辦者會頒發獎學金嗎？
15-20 scholarships covering the registration fee and on-campus accommodation for the duration of the forum have been awarded based on merit and need.
主辦者將根據論文質量和參加者需要挑選15-20位獎學金得獎者。獎學金將用於支付論壇註冊費及論壇期間的住宿費。
- What is the arrangement of accommodation? 論壇期間的住宿如何安排？
We will try our best to arrange accommodation on campus. Rates will be provided later.
住宿會盡量安排於校内，費用稍後公布。
- Will there be fieldtrips or tours organized during the forum?
論壇期間會安排考察活動嗎？
To enhance participants' understanding of Hong Kong society, fieldtrips will be organized in the afternoon of the second day of the forum. Participants can sign up fieldtrip during registration.
論壇第二天將安排考察及參觀活動，讓參加者有機會認識香港社會。參加者可以註冊時報名參加。
