Bruker APEX II X-ray Diffractometer

Single crystal X-ray Diffractometer can determine crystal structure with detailed information about bond lengths and bond angles. We have Bruker Smart 1000 CCD diffractometer and Bruker AXS Kappa ApexII Duo diffractometer in our laboratory.

Bruker AXS Kappa ApexII Duo diffractometer is an advanced model. It has two x-ray sources, Molybdenum and Copper on one goniometer, which can be switched to either one automatically. Kappa 4-axis Goniometer allows flexible sample orientation and can complete data collection to high theta values. Apex II 4K CCD area detector allows data collection on small microcrystal. Low temperature device can be adjusted more easily. All these devices give us a better result on determination of crystal structure.
