A clear and commanding voice is a tremendous asset to a teacher. The objectives of this two-hour workshop are for participants to:
- explore some of the physiological and psychological factors involved in voice projection,
- discuss common challenges of teaching in CUHK classrooms,
- consider the pros and cons of microphone use, and
- practise simple breathing and voice projection techniques.
Much of the workshop will be practical in nature. All participants will be engaged in the practical aspects of the workshop.
