Detail: |
University teaching is not merely the delivery of factual knowledge from teachers to students but should focus more on facilitating students’ understanding of knowledge and their ability to apply knowledge into real situations. Participants will consider the goals of university education and reflect on their own achievements. They will also chart their own approaches to learning, and consider the sorts of teaching and learning strategies that maximize a deep approach to learning.
