The Steering Committee for Campus Master Planning and the Consultant had organized a series of engagement meetings during March and April to listen to the views and opinions from the representatives of the Colleges, Faculties, alumni and students.
The meetings were held in a casual format to encourage active discussions among the participants.These discussions were led by the Consultant and member(s) of the Steering Committee who listen to the views and opinion of the stakeholder groups on the following areas:
1. Conservation of Heritage
2. Landscape Design
3. Pedestrian Friendly Campus
4. New Venues for Learning and Research
5. Enhancement of University Life
6. Environment Sustainability
