A Briefing / Q&A Session had been held with all the consultants who had expressed interest.
Mar 2007 The Committee was holding a Prequalification Interview to short-list consultants to prepare Preliminary Master Planning Proposals(PMPP).

The following consultants had been short-listed and appointed to prepare PMPP for the University's consideration:-

‧ Andrew Lee King Fun & Associates Architects Ltd/ Moore Ruble Yudell Architects & Planners Ltd, USA
‧ Dennis Lau & Ng Chun Man Architects & Engineers (HK) Ltd / Woods Bagot, Australia
‧ P & T Architects & Engineers Ltd / Perkins + Will, USA
August 2007 PMPP from four shortlisted consultants had been returned in end of August 2007.
Sep - Oct 2007 Exhibition and presentations of the PMPP are being conducted to collect views from all stakeholders of the University.
Nov 2007 Exhibition is moved to the Ho Sin-Hang Engineering Building.
Nov 2007

Prof. P. C. Ching and Prof. Michael Hui will give the latest update on CMP at 4 Colleges' assemblies. The schedule is as follows:

    • Nov 9 - New Asia College (Prof. Ching)
    • Nov 16 - Shaw College (Prof. Hui)
    • Nov 23 - United College (Prof. Hui)
    • Nov 30 - Chung Chi College (Prof. Ching)
Dec 2007 The Preliminary Planning Proposals for the Campus Master Plan prepared by the four short-listed architectural consultants are now available for viewing at the Reference Counter, 1/F of University Library.
