| Remarks |
1. You are recommended to wear long sleeves t-shirt, pants and
sneakers during the training.
2. Gears will be included.
3. Lunch box will be provided.
4. Insurances (third party liability insurance and accident insurance)
will be provided by the venue.
5. Number of participants is limited on a first come first serve basis.
