May 23, 2026 Visited the Terminology Database Construction and Research Base
On May 23, 2026, Prof. TANG Sze-Wing, Director of the Research Base for Humanities Terminology, visited the Terminology Database Construction and Research Base. He was invited to provide expert guidance at the symposium on "Terminology Research Innovation and Base Construction Practice Exchange," which was co-hosted by the College of Literature and Communication at China Three Gorges University, the National Language Promotion Base at China Three Gorges University, and the Terminology Database Construction and Research Base. Toward the conclusion of the symposium, the two parties held discussions on cross-Base collaboration and reached a mutual agreement to pursue cooperative endeavors. On the same day, Prof. TANG Sze-Wing was invited as the keynote speaker for the 131st session of the China Three Gorges Lecture Series, hosted by the School of Literature and Communication at China Three Gorges University. He delivered an academic lecture entitled "Basic and Applied Research in Linguistics," which attracted nearly one hundred participants and featured a lively atmosphere of academic exchange.
