Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission

You are invited to submit abstract for oral and / or poster presentation in Cancer 2025 conference. Abstracts on any clinical, experimental or investigative aspects of “Advances in Biomarker-driven cancer therapy” are welcome.

Abstract Submission Deadline
All abstracts should be submitted to us no later than 7 April 2025.

Submission Instruction
1. Authors are required to submit abstracts through Online Abstract Submission. Facsimile or email copy will NOT be accepted. Please use the same email address for online abstract submission and registration.
2. Authors are welcome to submit more than one poster and should fill out a separate submission form for each abstract.
3. Please note that presenting authors must register for the Conference. Those who fail to register or pay the registration fee will be considered as having withdrawn their abstract.
4. The preferred method of presentation (oral or poster) should be indicated.
5. The abstract should be written in English and not more than 250 words.
6. All accepted abstracts will be published in the programme booklet of the conference.


Notification of Abstract Acceptance
Notification of abstract acceptance should be given before 18 April 2025 by email.

Best Presentation Awards
Outstanding abstracts will be selected for oral presentation. Best presentations will be awarded.

Group registration is available for groups of 5 or more registrants. A 30% discount on the standard rate will be offered for group registration.

Welcome to Hong Kong



The Weather
Weather of Hong Kong in May is mild although there are occasional spells of high humidity. The temperature is around 21 ℃ to 26 ℃ and humidity of 82%. Weather information can be obtainable from the Hong Kong Observatory.


Passport & Visa Requirement
Visitors to Hong Kong must hold a passport with at least 6 months validity. Visas are not required for nationals of most countries to stay for a period varying from 7 days to 180 days depending on nationality. Details of the visa requirements can be obtained from Immigration Department's website.


Local Transport
Hong Kong is geographically compact and boasts one of the world's most efficient, safe, affordable and frequent public transport systems. Whether by taxi, ferry, rail, bus or tram, you can get around easily and catch wonderful glimpses of the city along the way.

The legal tender is the Hong Kong dollar (HK$), which is linked to the US dollar at a rate of about 7.80 HK dollars to 1 US dollar, although exchange rates may fluctuate slightly. International credit cards are widely acceptable at hotels, retail shops and restaurants.
