QIAxcel Advanced System from QIAGEN is an automated electrophoresis platform suitable for sizing and quality control of DNA and RNA fragments. Currently, the Core Utilities is providing service on DNA fragment analysis and quality assessment on DNA and NGS libraries. Interested users are required to go through the instructions for sample preparation and submission.
