This laboratory is established for providing complete immunohistochemistry (IHC) platforms in assisting clinical diagnostics and research activities. It is fully equipped for frozen and formalin fixed paraffin-embedded tissue processing, sectioning, routine histology staining and immunohistochemistry staining. Currently, two automatic immunohistochemistry staining systems (Ventana BenchMark Ultra and Dako Link-48) have been installed, which support all kinds of immunohistochemistry staining. The laboratory also provides bench space and water bathes for manual staining and fluorescence in-situ hybridization assays.
