The educational vision of the College is intuitive yet profound: it is to foster among students an Entrepreneurial Spirit with Social Responsibility. 

College activities are designed accordingly to fulfil this vision. Both the Mentorship Programme and College Forums offer ample opportunities for students to learn about the many challenges that distinguished individuals from all walks of life have gone through.  Internship Programme provide students not just the chance to acquire the skill sets needed to implement their projects through the guidance of experienced hands, but also give students room for creative breakthrough. Exchange Programmes are there to broaden students' perspective on the world in the age of globalisation. Service-learning programme allows students to serve the community with their creativity. A wide range of aesthetic programmes encourage students to appreciate the beautiful and fine things in life.

The College particularly encourages students to develop their own initiatives – be they community service projects or expeditions – with support of the College both in terms of project grants and faculty resources. The  ' Be Entrepreneurial ! '  funding scheme being launched by the College to support short-term student creative projects is one of the examples.
