CUHK 45th Anniversary Public Lecture Series—
A lecture by Dr Anthony Neoh
To celebrate the 45th anniversary of The Chinese University of Hong Kong, a series of eight public lectures have been organized between January and June 2009. The lecture series aims at spreading knowledge through exploring interesting topics, and speakers include distinguished scholars from CUHK’s eight Faculties. Topics cover the fields of medicine, literature, architecture, business administration, science, education, engineering and law. Organized in association with the Hong Kong Public Libraries, all the eight public lectures were held at the Hong Kong Central Library.
Dr Anthony Neoh, Council Member and Member of the Advisory Board of the Faculty of Law, has given a lecture to a full house on June 24th, and introduced to the audience the similarities and differences between the evolvement of the legal system in China and the West.
