Summer Research Programme in Warwick

Our department has established an Undergraduate Summer Research Exchange Programme with Department of Chemistry, The University of Warwick. Starting with the summer of 2017, our department will send TWO undergraduates to Warwick university for short-term research from 26 June to 18 August 2017 (8 weeks), so that they can learn in a different environment and gain global exposure to forefront research.

If you are an undergraduate student majoring in CHEM in the year 2017-2018, you are welcome to apply.

Application detail:

December 30 2016:	Deadline of application
Mid - January 2017:	Interview with short-listed applicants
Late - January 2017	Successful applications will be informed
Early February 2017:	Successful applications will be recommended to Office of Academic Links (OAL)
June 2017:	Departure from Hong Kong

We are looking for motived students who have a strong background in chemistry and good command of English to get along well with collaborators.

Obligation of Student Summer Research:

Submitting a written report summarizing his/her summer research work to the Department
Submitting a writing to the Newsletter of the Department for sharing his/her research experience
Sharing his/her research experience in future promotion events
