生命科學和醫學學部 韓斌院士
韓斌,男,1963年4月出生于安徽阜陽市。1992年獲得英國約翰英納斯中心/塞斯伯裡實驗室博士學位。1992-1998年在英國劍橋大學植物科學系做博士後研究。1998年回國,先後擔任中國科學院國家基因研究中心和中國科學院分子植物科學卓越創新中心研究員、主任。2013年當選中國科學院院士, 2014年當選發展中國家科學院院士。
從事水稻基因組與遺傳學研究,率先在國際上完成水稻第四號染色體精確測序,建立了水稻高通量基因型鑒定及複雜性狀全基因組關聯分析的研究體系,揭示了亞洲栽培稻的馴化起源,闡明了水稻雜種優勢的遺傳基礎,創立了水稻雜交設計育種的新策略。
2017年獲得全國創新爭先獎。獲國家自然科學一等獎(排名第二)、二等獎和上海市科技進步一等獎各1項。2024年獲何梁何利科學與技術進步獎。
Han Bin was born in April 1963 in Fuyang, Anhui Province. He obtained his bachelor's degree from Anhui Normal University in 1985 and a master's degree in molecular genetics from Guangxi Agricultural University (now Guangxi University) in 1988. From 1989 to 1992, he pursued his Ph.D. at the John Innes Centre/The Sainsbury Laboratory in the UK. From 1992 to 1998, he conducted postdoctoral research in the Department of Plant Sciences at the University of Cambridge. After returning to China in 1998, he served as a principle investigator and group leader at the National Center for Gene Research, Chinese Academy of Sciences; became the director of the center in 2001; and held various leadership roles at the Shanghai Institutes of Life Sciences and the Institute of Plant Physiology and Ecology from 2002 to 2019. Since 2019, he has been the director of the Center of Excellence in Molecular Plant Sciences at the Chinese Academy of Sciences.

中國科學院院士,植物分子遺傳學家,研究員,國家傑出青年科學基金和創新群體科學基金獲得者,中科院“百人計畫”獲得者。擬任崖州灣國家實驗室副主任、首席科學家。在國際重要學術刊物 Cell、Nature、PNAS等發表論文100餘篇。國際植物有性生殖研究會傑出服務獎、國家自然科學二等獎。被評為新世紀百千萬人才工程國家級人選、全國優秀科技工作者、科學中國人(2015)年度人物。2023年正式創刊英文期刊《Seed Biology》並擔任期刊主編;
長期從事植物生殖發育的分子遺傳學和豆科植物共生固氮機理,在植物生殖細胞發生、農作物重要農藝性狀的生物技術改良等方面取得原創性成果。
He is a distinguished academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences, renowned for his expertise as a plant molecular geneticist. Recognized for his exceptional contributions, he has been honored with prestigious awards including the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars and the esteemed "100 Talents Project" by the Chinese Academy of Sciences. He is proposed to be the deputy director at the Yazhou Bay National Laboratory. 郭華東,可持續發展大資料國際研究中心主任,中國科學院空天資訊創新研究院學術委員會主任、研究員。中國科學院院士、俄羅斯科學院外籍院士、芬蘭科學與人文院外籍院士、發展中國家科學院院士、國際科學理事會會士。現任國際數位地球學會名譽主席、聯合國教科文組織國際自然與文化遺產空間技術中心主任、國際科學理事會全球可持續發展科學使命高級別委員會委員、“數字絲路”國際科學計畫主席、《國際數字地球學報》和《地球大資料》主編,曾任第二屆聯合國可持續發展目標技術促進機制10人組成員、國際數位地球學會主席、國際科技資料委員會主席等職。從事空間地球資訊科學研究,在遙感資訊機理、雷達對地觀測、數位地球科學等方面取得系列成果。
Guo Huadong is Director General of the International Research Center of Big Data for Sustainable Development Goals (CBAS), and a professor of Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS) Aerospace Information Research Institute. He is an Academician of CAS, a Foreign Member of the Russian Academy of Sciences, a Foreign Member of the Finnish Society of Sciences and Letters, a Fellow of the World Academy of Sciences (TWAS), and a Fellow of the International Science Council. He presently serves as Honorary President of the International Society for Digital Earth (ISDE), Director of the International Center on Space Technologies for Natural and Cultural Heritage under the Auspices of UNESCO, Member of the International Science Council (ISC) Global Commission on Science Missions for Sustainability, Chair of Digital Belt and Road Program (DBAR), and Editor-in-Chief of two scientific journals International Journal of Digital Earth and Big Earth Data. He served as Member of UN 10-Member Group to support the Technology Facilitation Mechanism for SDGs, President of ISDE and ICSU Committee on Data for Science and Technology. He specializes in remote sensing, radar for Earth observation, and Digital Earth science.

數學物理學部 徐紅星院士
瑞典查爾莫斯理工大學獲博士學位。曾任瑞典隆德大學固體物理系助理教授、中國科學院物理研究所研究員、武漢大學物理科學與技術學院教授、武漢大學微電子學院院長。現任河南省科學院院長。
2017年當選為中國科學院院士。2018年當選為第三世界科學院院士。
主要從事等離激元光子學、分子光譜和納米光學的研究。發現成對金屬納米顆粒在光場作用下能夠在其納米間隙中產生巨大的電磁場增強效應,是單分子表面增強拉曼光譜的原因,也是其它基於納米間隙效應研究的物理基礎;提出了等離激元光學力和單分子捕獲、表面增強拉曼與表面增強螢光統一的理論,發現表面增強光譜的納米天線效應,研發了針尖增強拉曼光譜系統,實現等離激元催化反應。

倪四道,中國科學院院士,中國科學院精密測量科學與技術創新研究院研究員、副院長。國家傑出青年基金獲得者,教育部長江學者特聘教授,973項目首席科學家,國家基金委卓越研究群體專案首席科學家,中國地球物理學會副理事長、地震學專業委員會主任,GJI、EPP、FR、地球物理學報等期刊編委,十四屆全國政協委員(科學技術界)。帶領團隊聚焦於地震波震相波形理論與正反演方法研究,在地球內部介面結構與震源物理研究中取得了系列成果,在Science、Nature、中國科學等國內外期刊上發表論文200餘篇,總引用8000餘次,出版地震學專著1部。研究成果多次被Science期刊的Perspective欄目關注,連續入選2021-2023年愛思唯爾“中國高被引學者”榜單。獲湖北省自然科學獎一等獎、中國地球物理學會科學技術獎科技進步一等獎等獎勵。
Prof. Sidao Ni, Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences (CAS), Professor and Deputy Director of Institute of Geodesy and Geophysics, CAS. He is a recipient of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars, a Changjiang Chair Professor, as well as Chief Scientist of the National 973 Program, and a Principal Investigator of Excellent Research Group Program supported by the National Natural Science Foundation of China (NSFC). He serves as Vice President of the Chinese Geophysical Society and Chair of its Seismology sub-Committee. He is on the editorial boards of Geophysical Journal International (GJI), Earth and Planetary Physics (EPP), Fundamental Research (FR), and Chinese Journal of Geophysics. Dr. Ni leads a research team focused on seismic wave propagation theory, forward and inverse modeling techniques, and studies on Earth’s internal structures and earthquake source physics. He authored and co-authored over 200 publications in peer-viewed journals such as Science, Nature, and Science China. He has been recognized as a Highly Cited Researcher by Elsevier in China from 2021 to 2023. He won Hubei Provincial Natural Science Award and the First Prize and Scientific and Technological awards from the Chinese Geophysical Society.

技術科學部 劉昌勝院士
劉昌勝教授,中國科學院院士,上海大學校長。國家自然科學基金委基礎科學中心學術帶頭人。中國醫學科學院學部委員、國家自然科學基金委全委員會委員、諮詢委員會委員,國家“納米科技”專項總體專家組成員、教育部科技委材料學部委員。長期從事生物材料研究,發展了多種活性骨修復材料、生長因數製備以及材料活化新技術;在國內率先研製出自固化磷酸鈣人工骨,獲批註冊並實現臨床廣泛應用。發表高水準論文900餘篇。先後獲得國家自然科學獎二等獎、國家科技進步二等獎(均排第一),何梁何利基金創新獎等,以及國際生物材料學會聯合會會士、美國醫學與生物工程院會士、Bioactive Materials 終身成就獎等榮譽稱號。
Prof. Changsheng Liu, Academician of Chinese Academy of Sciences, President of Shanghai University, Academic leader of Basic Science Center of National Natural Science Foundation. He is member of the Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences, member of the National Natural Science Foundation and the Advisory Committee, member of the national "Nanotechnology" special expert group, and member of Materials Science and Technology Commission of the Ministry of Education. He has been engaged in biomaterials research for a long time, and has developed a variety of bioactive materials, growth factor fabrication and novel activation technologies. He developed self-curing calcium phosphate artificial bone, which was approved for the first registration in China and widely used in clinic. He has published more than 900 high-level papers. He has won the second prize of the National Natural Science Award, the second Prize of the National Science and Technology Progress Award (both ranked first), the Innovation Award of Ho Leung Ho Lee Fund. He has won many honorary titles such as the International Federation of Biomaterials Societies, the American Academy of Medicine and BioEngineering, and Bioactive Materials Lifetime Achievement Award, etc.
