On the first level, the Web provides a platform for teachers to disseminate outcomes-based information about the courses they teach. Further information about writing course outlines is provided by the Course Planning and Review Service http://www.cuhk.edu.hk/clear/services/course_plan.htm

On the second level, the functionalities of the Web can assist in enhancing the various components of the learning environment and processes (learning activities, assessment, content and feedback for evaluation) designed to support students’ attainment of the learning outcomes of each course.

There are already many effective Level 2 uses of eLearning strategies at the University. This site aims at disseminating information about these strategies. The cases are summarized in the table. More information about each case is available through clicking on the corresponding link.
