The CUHK-UChicago Forum on
Comparative Linguistics

The CUHK-UChicago Forum on Comparative Linguistics will take place on March 5, 2024 at The Chinese University of Hong Kong (CUHK). This forum is organized by the Department of Chinese Language and Literature at CUHK, co-organized by T. T. Ng Chinese Language Research Centre, and the Department of Linguistics at the University of Chicago, and sponsored by the United College at CUHK. The event aims to bring together current researchers and alumni from CUHK and UChicago to share their latest research findings in formal linguistics, focusing on how the comparison with other languages sheds lights on the study of Chinese languages.

香港中文大學-芝加哥大學比較語言學研討會將於2024年3月5日在香港中文大學舉行，由香港中文大學中國語言及文學系主辦；香港中文大學中國文化研究所吳多泰中國語文研究中心、芝加哥大學語言學系協辦、香港中文大學聯合書院贊助。是次活動匯聚兩校研究人員及校友交流分享最新研究成果，注重通過與其他語言的比較推動漢語語言學研究。
