Payment Method
Payment can be made by one of the following ways:
-Credit Card Payment (Visa / Master)
Please provide your credit card information in the registration form and return it to the meeting secretariat by post, email or fax.
-Bank Cheque (for local delegates ONLY)
Please send cheque made payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong" to the meeting secretariat.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
All cancellations must be made in writing to the Secretariat.
NO REFUND will be made once the registration fee is paid.
Letter of Invitation
A formal letter of invitation can be issued to registered delegates by the Secretariat on request.
