The model consists of two parts:

(1) Assessment Framework

  • To facilitate the achievement of internal consistency
  • To align learning activities and assessment with learning outcomes

(2) Assessment Chart

  • To reconcile criterion-referencing and norm-referencing
  • To facilitate the generation of grade descriptors or assessment rubrics
  • To provide a tool for further analysis
