Admission
Requirements |
Applicants seeking
admission to this Associate Degree Programme should fulfill the
following minimum requirements:
- Satisfactory completion of a Pre-Associate Degree Programme
(e.g. Diploma Programme in Genera! Studies offered by SCS,
CUHK); OR
- Pass in 1 AL subject or 2 AS subjects in HKALE, and
5 passes in
HKCEE, including Chinese Language and English Language
(Syllabus B), or equivalent; OR
- Aged 21 or above.
Interview may be required.
This
Programme is suitable for both Arts and Science students, and
those who are interested in the area
of Theology (Non-Christians
are also welcome). |
Tuition
Fee |
Part-time Programme
The tuition fee for the entire programme is HK$70,000, which
can be paid in full upon receipt of official notice of admission
OR by 7 equal instalments to be paid before the commencement
of each of the 7 semesters throughout the programme duration.
(Fees paid are neither refundable nor transferable.)
Full-time Programme
The tuition fee is HK$35,000 per year, which can be paid in
full upon receipt of official notice of admission OR by
2 equal instalments.
The first instalment is to be paid upon receipt of official
notice of admission. The second instalment is to be paid
5 months after
the commencement of the Programme. (Fees paid are neither
refundable nor transferable.)

Application Procedures |
An
application for admission should include the following documents:
- a duly completed Application
Form;
- copies of academic transcripts/certificates
and examination
results; and
- an application fee of HKS200
by crossed cheque or bank draft
made payable to "The Chinese University of Hong Kong". (Fees
paid are neither refundable nor transferable.)

Financial Assistance |
Students of Associate Degree Programmes
may apply for the HKSAR Government's grants / loans (Means Tested
and/or Non-means Tested
Loan Scheme, as applicable) if they need financial assistance for
their studies. Application forms can be obtained from the Student
