Hostels

A total of 1,286 hostel places are offered in the four student hostels in United College, namely Adam Schall Residence, Bethlehem Hall, Chan Chun Ha Hostel and Hang Seng Hall, which accounts for about 40% of the College student population.

All undergraduate students are given an opportunity to stay in a student hostel for at least one year during their studies. Hostel places are guaranteed for non-local students and exchange students.

Each hostel has its own common room, television room, study room, games room, music room and laundry. There are air-conditioning facilities, a direct telephone line, computer outlets and WiFi service in each student bedroom connected to the campus network.

To cater for the needs of non-residential, commuting students, two non-residential halls, namely Ping Fun Hall and Pak Chuen Hall, organise a range of activities for students to take part in a congenial environment and to develop friendship.
